We are presently seeking an experienced Human Resources (HR) Director for our active continuing care retirement community located in Burlington, NC. The HR Director works with the site leadership and corporate HR team to provide human resources leadership to the community, ensuring an exceptional work environment for dedicated staff to provide outstanding service for our residents. Focus includes recruitment, coaching, training/development, morale, culture, policy/practices, performance appraisals, and quality management. Proven leadership experience is needed to assist in growing/integrating our team and aligning culture with Kintura’s mission and values. What You Bring Qualifications for Successful Candidates: •Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent Human Resources leadership experience •Passion and innovation for employees, teams, and senior services •Creativity and the drive to lead a diverse team •Exceptional customer service skills •Drive to excel, while being person centered •Demonstrated success with organizational culture initiatives/projects •Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing along with strong, multi-tasking, organizational, and computer skills •Knowledge of policy/regulations pertaining to retirement communities, FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, and OSHA requirements Why Join Us?
