Under general supervision of the President/CEO or their designee, the Director of Information Systems and Technology provides strategic and operational leadership for the organization's technology ecosystem, ensuring scalable, reliable, and secure platforms that support lending, financial operations, philanthropy, and client services. This role oversees software development, data engineering, analytics, and IT infrastructure, while guiding product strategy and innovation to align with organizational growth.
The Director manages internal teams and external vendors, establishes technology roadmaps, and ensures compliance, stability, and efficiency across all systems. Serving as a key advisor to the leadership team, the Director drives digital transformation and fosters a culture of excellence in technology development, delivery, and customer service. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, 48 months of experience in software development and engineering or related field, and 4 years of progressive experience in software development and engineering with at least 2 years in the financial services industry and 2 years in leading a software team through projects.
