Job Overview:The Director of Maintenance is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations within the facility, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning efficiently and effectively. Duties:

- Utilize tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical issues and maintain low voltage systems.
- Read and interpret schematics to assist in diagnosing problems and planning repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs performed.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to facility maintenance.
- Collaborate with other departments to align maintenance efforts with operational goals.
