Our client, a leading industrial manufacturer, is seeking a Director of Manufacturing to oversee plant operations and lead a high-performing manufacturing team. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement while ensuring production goals are met.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily manufacturing operations and production teams.
Drive improvements in safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
Develop and mentor manufacturing leaders and employees.
Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality to support production objectives.
Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements.
Manage budgets, staffing, and operational performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field preferred.
10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
Experience in industrial manufacturing; pump or rotating equipment experience is a plus.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
