In this leadership role, you’ll guide faculty, manage program operations, ensure compliance with Texas Board of Nursing and accreditation standards, and support student success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor nursing faculty and staff
Oversee curriculum, program operations, and compliance
Advise and support students throughout the program
Collaborate on program development and strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
RN licensed in Texas
Master’s degree in Nursing
5+ years of teaching or administrative experience in nursing education
Recent clinical experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
