Responsibilities
Lead multi state restaurant operations
Develop and mentor District Managers and General Managers
Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence
Monitor financial performance across multiple locations
Ensure consistent guest experience and brand standards
Travel regularly throughout assigned markets
Qualifications
Current Director of Operations or equivalent multi unit leadership experience
Family dining restaurant experience is required
Strong financial and operational background
Stable employment history with demonstrated career progression
Ability to travel extensively
Compensation & Benefits
$120,000 to $130,000 base salary
