A flexographic printing plant in AR, between Oklahoma City and Little Rock, is looking for a Director of Press Operations. This individual will supervise prepress, print and finishing departments. You are expected to evaluate all employees with key management. You will do quality checks and reviews of both staff and people. You will report to the VP of Manufacturing. The ideal candidate is someone who already has leadership experience in flexographic printing in a leadership role. Anyone from a pressroom supervisor to plant manager can apply. Starting salary is $100k to $125k; full benefits are included in the offer, and relocation assistance is extended for the right candidate.
