Director Of Precon - Canton, MaThe Director of Precon - Canton, MA - $250k+ will be responsible for leading and managing the full Preconstruction & Estimating Department, developing conceptual budgets, detailed cost estimates, and pricing strategies, overseeing bid processes, subcontractor leveling, and procurement plans, partnering with executive leadership, operations, and business development teams, driving value engineering and constructability reviews across all projects, leading client relationships throughout the preconstruction lifecycle, mentoring and developing estimating staff, establishing best practices and processes, and supporting negotiated work and hard bid pursuits across diverse project types.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
