Location: Long Beach, CA - Corporate Office + Regional Travel

Compensation: $135,000 – $170,000

Position Summary

The Director of Procurement & Supply Chain leads the enterprise‑wide purchasing strategy, vendor relations, and supply chain operations. This role transforms procurement into a streamlined, tech‑enabled function that supports field teams, drives cost savings, and strengthens operational efficiency across a multi‑state portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

·        Leadership & Policy Development

·        Lead and mentor the procurement team

·        Establish procurement policies, compliance guidelines, and approval thresholds

·        Build a self‑service procurement ecosystem with pre‑approved catalogs

·        Technology & Workflow Automation

·        Partner with IT to deploy automated workflows and AI‑driven tools

·        Integrate procurement systems with ERPs (Yardi, Entrata, Coupa)

Strategic Sourcing & Contract Management

·        Negotiate Master Service Agreements for high‑volume categories

·        Oversee vendor selection, onboarding, and performance audits

·        Draft and negotiate supply chain contracts

Supply Chain & Logistics

·        Develop regional distribution centers and stocking strategies

·        Oversee inventory management and prevent supply shortages

·        Analyze spending patterns and deliver savings reports to leadership

Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field

·        8–12+ years of progressive procurement or supply chain leadership

·        Experience managing teams and enterprise budgets

·        Familiarity with ERPs (Yardi, Entrata) and procurement platforms (Coupa, SAP Ariba)

·        Strong negotiation, analytical, and operational strategy skills
