Position Overview
The Director of Product Management will be responsible for leading a team of product managers and driving the strategy, execution, and success of product initiatives across multiple verticals in the fast-growing DOOH space. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product management, with a proven ability to deliver scalable products, drive business value, and lead cross-functional teams. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on management to ensure that product goals are met and that the team delivers exceptional results. Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Leadership:
Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap across key product areas, aligning with business goals and long-term company vision.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of product managers, providing guidance and ensuring best practices are followed throughout the product development process.
Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and areas for product differentiation.
Team Leadership & Development:
Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing product management team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
Provide coaching and development opportunities for product managers, ensuring the team stays up-to-date on the latest trends and methodologies.
Establish performance goals and KPIs for the product management team, tracking progress and driving accountability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment on product priorities and successful execution of the product roadmap.
Work with stakeholders across the company to gather requirements, define product features, and ensure clear communication of the product vision and priorities.
Facilitate regular meetings and updates with key stakeholders, including executives, to share progress and gather feedback.
Product Lifecycle Management:
Initiate programs by leading alignment on program scope, release planning, vision, business goals, create program structure, and securing cross-functional support.
Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring products are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
Oversee the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, partnering with marketing and sales teams to drive product adoption and growth.
Continuously improve product development processes, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and accountability across all teams.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Leverage data and analytics to drive product decisions, monitor performance, and iterate on product features.
Define and track key metrics to measure product success, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Use customer feedback and market insights to continuously refine product offerings and ensure they meet customer needs.
Qualifications
For NY and California, the salary range for this role is $180,000-200,000 per year. This role is also eligible for incentive compensation. Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate's experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.
