UWMC Montlake Radiation Oncology and UWMC Northwest Gamma Knife have an outstanding opportunity for a Director of Radiation Oncology. This position will report to Executive Leadership.
WORK SCHEDULE
POSITION SUMMARY
The Department of Radiation Oncology is a major clinical, academic and service department of the University of Washington Medical Center (UWMC). Reporting to the Associate Administrator for Essential Services, the Director of Radiation Oncology will partner with the Chair/Vice Chair and Medical Director of Radiation Oncology to provide overall leadership of services at the UWMC Montlake Radiation Oncology Department and UWMC Northwest Gamma Knife. This position is responsible for planning and executing all activities of the department including performance metrics and communication, policy and procedure development, strategic planning, capital and budget planning, customer service excellence and employee engagement, retention, and development. The Director will be accountable for working in partnership with key stakeholders and leading the department in alignment with overall Enterprise strategy and governance.

$219,996.00 annual
Pay Range Maximum:
$265,008.00 annual
