The Hospice Medical Director will work with the Executive Director, Director of Clinical Services and Team Directors to plan and evaluate clinical services, serve on the Executive Team, support Provider. The AccentCare Medical Group expectation is that the Hospice Team Physician will exemplify what it means to be part of a Care Team and will lead learning initiatives with the Interdisciplinary Team and the community around end-of-life issues.

The Director, Medical Affairs will lead the field clinical education team and ensure that the respective territory engagement plans are effectively executed per defined targets, following Fresenius Kabi compliance rules and code of conduct and that relevant medical and scientific insight is routinely shared to optimize the Medical Affairs strategy for the nutrition portfolio. 3+ years of hands-on experience in patient care and in hospital and/or clinic and/or home infusion settings is required, with demonstrated expertise in clinical nutrition including experience in managing formula selection for oral nutritional supplement use and tube feeding regimens.

It is comprised of eight hospital campuses (Ballard, Edmonds, Everett, Centralia, Cherry Hill (Seattle), First Hill (Seattle), Issaquah and Olympia); emergency rooms and specialty centers in Redmond (East King County) and the Mill Creek area in Everett; and Providence Swedish Medical Group, a network of 190+ primary care and specialty care locations. The Senior Director Nursing, Acute Care and Emergency Services, provides strategic leadership for Swedish Edmonds Hospital nursing operations, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery while advancing a connected experience of care and clinical excellence for the patients served.

Working collaboratively with Nurse Executives, the Chief Nursing Officer, Support Services leaders, Service Line Directors, and Medical Directors, the Director plays a key leadership role in physician relationships, service excellence commitments for patients and staff, fiscal management, and program development. With a patientcentered mindset and strong team orientation, the Director functions as a collaborative leader who supports caregivers, assesses patient needs and expectations, and advances best practices that consistently exceed patient and family expectations.

The position is responsible for unit administration, long and short-range planning, program development, contributing to the overall NKC corporate administrative management as well as participating in the overall operations management of the Northwest Kidney Centers; supervising and personnel functions within the region; working with Medical Directors of the units and assisting the CNO with various committees and other assignments as deemed necessary and useful to the organization. This includes oversight responsibilities for the delivery of quality dialysis care to our patients, supervision of nurse managers, education of new clinical staff, development of cost-effective, innovative, high-quality services, and developing and monitoring budgets within established guidelines.

As a member of the Clinical Services team, our Assistant Director Clinical Services provides leadership and clinical direction for clinical care management, clinical programs, and provider engagement strategies across all health plan lines of business. This role works collaboratively with the utilization management team, medical directors and the broader health service leadership team to effectively manage health care costs while achieving quality outcomes.

Reporting directly to the Chief Talent Officer, this role collaborates extensively with the Chair, partners leading lateral growth and attorney career advancement, Department Chairs, Practice Group Leaders, Office Managing Partners, the Executive Committee, and senior administrative leadership. Proficiency with legal recruiting systems, document management platforms, and core business technology, including but not limited to MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, NetDocuments, Elite, and other practice/functional area databases, as appropriate.

Collaborate across the firm to proactively identify strategic risks to digital security operations and develop remediation options; develop and administer budget proposals for risk reduction activities and projects; track risk reduction activities across the first line, ensuring priority issues are remediated to plan; create risk reports and KPIs that detail security performance within the organization; represent digital security programs to internal and external risk and audit functions. Provide active coaching, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing with junior staff to advance their career development and create an environment of innovation and challenging the status quo; manage and review those team members' work product; contribute to planning for short term needs, i.e., projects and processes; and may construct annual plan for deployment of those resources; may have people management responsibility for a mid-sized to small team of entry level through intermediate level professionals.

Manage a high-volume pipeline of rapid IT due diligenceprojects for Private Equity clients, assessing platform and add-onacquisitions; utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis, identify keytechnology risks, value creation levers, carve-out complexities, and requiredinvestments, delivering concise, actionable reports for investment committees. Direct IT integration and carve-out initiativesfrom planning through execution; establish and manage governance frameworks forvalue creation programs, ensuring rigorous oversight of execution, trackingsynergy realization, cost savings, and ROI on technology investments, andreporting progress to PE stakeholders and portfolio leadership.

They work one-on-one with Seller-Doers to build pursuit plans, shape client meeting strategies, review proposals, does deep research, and provide the kind of consistent, personalized coaching that turns technical experts into confident business developers. This team owns the opportunity pipeline and CRM, maintains pursuit text and data quality, builds dashboards and KPI reports, and ensures the information that BD coaches, firm leadership, and AI tools depend on is current, trustworthy, and actionable.

Establish and manage program governance frameworks, ensuring rigorous oversight of execution across complex, multi-vendor TMT environments; lead development of governance work products including status reporting, risk management, and issue tracking; implement AI-powered tools for predictive analytics on project timelines and risks and collaborate with senior cross-functional teams to identify technology dependencies, risks, and opportunities across technology operations, product, engineering, and content/broadcast operations.
