Director of Sales

The Amanda Pohlman Team is seeking a driven, results-oriented Director of Sales to oversee, mentor, and grow a team of 15–20 real estate professionals. This leadership position will guide strategic expansion, enhance daily operations, and cultivate a collaborative culture built on accountability, high performance, and collective achievement.

The successful candidate will bring a strong passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of creating and executing effective systems. In this role, you will coach and motivate team members, elevate the team’s brand, expand its presence in the market, and accelerate sales performance through the innovative PLACE model.

Responsibilities

• Attract new sales talent to the team
• Coach and train all sales professionals, holding them accountable to achieving their goals
• Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership issues
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, Partner Call and leadership training
• Become an expert on PLACE Technology
• Participate in PLACE Leadership Development program
• Engage in PLACE Talent Attraction Consulting and implement systems 
• Continue to grow as a real estate sales professional through prospecting and consulting with clients
• Maintain existing and create new campaigns
• Oversee negotiations for all contracts
• Ensure that sales professionals are capitalizing on database capabilities and leads

You are a natural leader with a strong track record of success in real estate sales. Your passion is helping others achieve their goals through coaching and mentoring. In addition to growing talent, you have the ability to attract talent to limitless opportunities. You are on a path to be the CEO.

• 5+ years of industry and sales experience required 
• 3+ years of leadership experience preferred
