Who We Are Looking for:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales Strategy to shape the future vision for MSA's scaled sales motions and drive the transformations needed to realize it across direct, agency, and partner channels. This role partners closely with Sales, Business Strategy, Field Sales Excellence, and Sales Readiness to ensure future-state strategies are aligned to our product and business ambitions while the transformations that will get us there remain grounded in the realities of how the business operates today.

This role requires a strategic and systems thinker who can envision the future of MSA's sales model and understand how that vision must translate across functions, processes, and operating mechanisms to become reality. The ideal candidate is a solid collaborator with exceptional communication, planning, and execution skills. Success in this role requires deep advertising industry experience and firsthand knowledge of how scaled demand-generation motions are designed, operationalized, and brought to market.

Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

  • Sales Model Evolution: Deeply understand our omni-channel products, sales processes, and pain points. Make recommendations to evolve holistic sales model efforts to deliver MSA's Omnichannel vision.
