    Description

    Our client is seeking a Senior Service Leader – Mechanical Services who will oversee and grow the service organization, driving operational excellence, mentoring teams, and ensuring top-tier customer experiences across multiple markets.

    What you will do:

    • Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership for the service department

    • Recruit, develop, and mentor managers, supervisors, and field personnel

    • Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and service workflow to ensure timely, quality delivery

    • Own service department financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue growth

    • Maintain strong client relationships, serve as the escalation point for complex service issues, and identify growth opportunities within accounts and new markets

    • Implement operational processes, reporting tools, and technologies to improve efficiency and visibility

    • Champion a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement

    • Collaborate with executive leadership on departmental strategy, growth initiatives, and service offerings

    Preferred background:

    • 10+ years in mechanical services, contracting, or related environments

    • Proven leadership experience managing service teams and operations

    • Strong operational, financial, and client management skills

    • Experience with HVAC, plumbing, or other mechanical systems

    • Excellent communication skills across field teams, clients, and executive leadership
