Compensation Data
The base salary range for this position is $200,000 to $316,000. The position may be eligible for a role specific discretionary bonus, relocation, and/or other compensation elements. We continuously review market data and may adjust salary ranges as needed in the future. The Director, Patient Access Solutions leads the TA(s) assigned team and is accountable for the TA Patient support program strategy through the design, development, and implementation of the patient support program(s) for the assigned therapeutic area(s). This position will ensure the efficient design, and execution of access services (HUBs, CoPay and Financial support services) and other appropriate services. The incumbent leads strategy development and oversight of the execution of access/service tactics and coordination with appropriate stakeholders to align to the brands' strategies supported by Patient Access Solutions Support Services. This position will partner closely with brand teams, field teams, legal/compliance, vendors and Payer & Channel Access teams.
This role is based on-site at our Ridgefield, CT location with hybrid flexibility of 2-3 days per week on-site.
