The engineering problems here are real, the ownership is genuine, and the scale is significant.

The opportunity

LoopMe connects direct SDK and web supply with leading DSPs across performance, commerce, and brand advertising. As Director, Product Management, Demand, you own the product capabilities that make these partnerships more valuable and easier to scale. You work closely with DSP partners to shape the roadmap, build solutions together, and turn marketplace insight into products that grow demand revenue. You report to the Chief Product Officer.

What you"ll do

• Own the demand product strategy and roadmap, turning Performance, Commerce, and Brand playbooks into priorities across creative, signals, inventory access, bidder health, and measurement.
• Partner with DSP product and technical teams to understand their buying goals and constraints, and co-build capabilities that improve results for their advertisers.
• Define flexible, repeatable integration capabilities across the Chartboost and LoopMe exchanges, so partners launch faster and gain wider access to supply.
• Drive performance and commerce spend with products that help DSPs find valuable users and inventory, optimize bidding, and deliver stronger advertiser results.
• Establish consistent definitions and reporting for bid requests, QPS, impressions, CTR, and other funnel metrics, so partners and internal teams can act quickly.
• Measure the impact of each product on partner adoption, campaign performance, and revenue.
• Lead delivery from partner insight to launch with Engineering, Ops, BD, and partner teams, with clear tradeoffs, clear ownership, and measurable results.

What you"ll bring

Essential:

• 8+ years of product management in programmatic advertising, including time on an ad exchange, SSP, or DSP.
• Experience owning product strategy and a roadmap for a revenue-generating area, and measuring features against revenue impact.
• Deep knowledge of OpenRTB and DSP integrations, including bid requests, QPS, signals, and deal setup.
• Established relationships with DSP product and technical teams, and experience co-building products with external partners.
• Experience leading cross-functional work with Engineering, Ops, and BD, making clear tradeoffs and shipping high-quality products.

Nice to have:

• Experience managing and developing product managers.
• Experience with mobile in-app SDK supply and performance or commerce advertising.
• Experience standardizing integrations across many demand or supply partners.
• Experience defining marketplace metrics and reporting used by partners and internal teams.

Compensation

$150,000-$200,000

The range provided is LoopMe"s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as stock-based compensation, awarded based on company and individual performance. LoopMe also offers other compensation depending on the role, such as performance bonus.
