Balancing near-term wins with longer-term product planning, this leader will help the Company build a clear vision for US product evolution — and execute it with confidence to deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities:

US Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Implement multi-generational product roadmaps that drive incremental improvements and unlock new revenue streams within the US.
  • Assess US market trends, laundry industry data, customer insights and business objectives to identify unmet customer needs and underserved markets, driving new product opportunities and priorities.
  • Balance and align the needs, demands, and vision of the Company's identified and emerging US laundry markets.

Customer Focus & Insight

  • Champion the voice of the US customer throughout the organization — serving as a vocal and effective customer advocate.
  • Maintain ongoing dialogue with US-based distributors, operators, and end users to ensure customer needs are reflected in product decisions.

Product Line Management

  • Lead the US product management function for the Company.
  • Make product line changes as needed via rationalization and/or extensions, in alignment with the Chief Product Officer.
  • Manage the full process from concept to commercialization, including sales and margin analysis, competitive and US market analysis, product line extension and discontinuation recommendations, management presentations, and execution of approved changes.
  • Serve as the primary product voice for the US business, ensuring corporate product initiatives are aligned with US market realities.

Financial Rigor

  • In conjunction with the Finance department, implement robust procedures to manage all financial aspects of US product development projects, including capacity planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Transformation & Organizational Development

  • In partnership with Senior Management, support agile product development procedures, including new product KPIs relevant to the US market.
  • Champion 80/20 simplification initiatives and change management efforts within the US product portfolio.
  • Create a culture of customer centricity, speed, and agility within the US product team focused on new product development.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with US Sales, Finance, Technology, and Innovation teams to ensure alignment and execution of product initiatives.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop and execute commercialization and go-to-market strategies for new and existing products, ensuring successful product launches and market penetration.
  • Serve as the voice and presence of all things product for the US market at both Corporate and Manufacturing levels.
Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive product management experience, including leadership of global or multi-region teams; strong sales background is a plus.
  • Mix of consumer and commercial industry experience preferred.
  • Experience working within two-step distribution models and managing multiple/premier brands across global markets.
