AI will be a critical accelerator, unlocking new capabilities and rethinking workflows to leapfrog traditional best practices.
A core component of this modernization includes consolidating multiple legacy, on-premise platforms into Oracle Fusion Cloud, integrating with a broad portfolio of boundary applications to enable a streamlined connected end to end processes, establishing a scalable / compliant / AI-ready foundation for the future. We are seeking leaders and experts with experience transforming business processes, applying AI to enterprise workflows, and delivering complex Oracle Fusion migrations on a global scale.
Acuity is seeking a Director Product Management to lead the product strategy, roadmap, system design, and execution of end-to-end Record to Report capabilities across the enterprise. This role will own the long-term product direction for R2R and related finance capabilities regardless of underlying technology, while serving as a key leader for the Oracle Fusion Finance implementation. The role will drive operational excellence through process standardization, automation, deploying AI, real-time visibility, and a scalable control environment across controllership, accounting-to-reporting, cash operations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax, and internal audit.
The Director, Record to Report partners closely with Controllership, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Internal Audit, Shared Services, Tech, and business finance leaders to create a unified, agile, and data-driven finance platform. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for optimizing close, consolidation, reporting, compliance, cash, receivables, and payables while ensuring R2R capabilities connect effectively with broader finance planning, forecasting, and performance management processes.

Finance / Record to Report Expertise
Deep understanding of finance processes end-to-end:
Record-to-Report / Accounting-to-Reporting
General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, close, consolidation, and reconciliations
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, cash operations, and payments
Tax, internal audit, controls, and compliance
Management reporting, financial data, and operational integration points across broader finance processes
Finance Systems and Oracle Fusion Fluency
Hands-on experience leading finance systems, product roadmaps, or large-scale finance transformations required; Oracle Fusion Financials experience is strongly preferred, ideally across multiple modules:
GL, SLA, AP, AR, Cash Management, Tax, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Expenses, and reporting/analytics
Experience defining system requirements, configurations, testing, controls, security, integrations, and deployment.
Strategic & Operational Mindset
Able to architect long-term finance systems while solving real-time operational problems across controllership, shared services, treasury, tax, audit, and business finance teams.
Communication Skills
Skilled at engaging executives, controllership, finance operations, audit, tax, FP&A, technical teams, and end users.
Fluency in English required.
Adaptability
Comfortable leading in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving finance transformation environment.
