    • Define and execute a multi-country / multi-segment roadmap for development and deployment
    • Establish robust governance frameworks that align business sponsors, IT, platforms, and data teams

    • Partner with business leaders to co-define value and build compelling benefit cases
    • Translate complex business challenges into structured, actionable use cases
    • Break down high-level problems into clear, scoped initiatives and micro-use cases
    • Articulate a clear, simple, and scalable product vision supported by an actionable roadmap
    • Establish meaningful KPIs to measure product performance and business impact

Own the Product Roadmap & Drive Execution

    • Own and continuously evolve the product roadmap, aligning with strategic priorities
    • Translate roadmap priorities into a structured backlog of user stories
    • Lead and "animate" cross-functional feature teams, including Data Science, Data Engineering, and business stakeholders
    • Identify, manage, and resolve risks and blockers to keep initiatives on track
    • Prepare and deliver updates to stakeholders, including leadership forums and Data Lab reviews
    • Ensure consistent delivery across all phases of the product lifecycle
