Description The Director of Target is responsible for strategically leading a portfolio of client business and overseeing a cross-functional team that includes Account Directors, National Account Managers, Sales Insight Managers, Replenishment Insight Managers, and Sales Support Analysts. This role guides the development and execution of client strategies designed to drive sustainable growth with Target. As the leader of a Harvest Division, the Director fosters a strong team culture while coaching and developing talent to ensure effective execution of client strategies and consistent business results. Directors maintain a deep understanding of Target’s priorities and the Harvest business model, helping teams align client strategies with Target’s category objectives and broader retail initiatives to support profitable growth for both the client and the customer. Our approach to client service is grounded in our values. To deliver exceptional excellence for our clients with Target, we do require that this role is based in Minneapolis, MN. The national hiring range for the Director position is $160,000-$180,000/annually. Additionally, this position is eligible to participate in our bonus program.
