Lead the accounting evaluation of complex transactions.
Develop, maintain, and communicate global accounting policies, technical guidance, etc.
Monitor emerging accounting guidance and industry developments, assess business impacts, and lead implementation of new accounting standards.
Drive process improvements
Support the review technical accounting matters, SEC reporting, and financial statement disclosures, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and quarterly earnings releases.
Lead special projects.
Building blocks for success Required:
8+ years of public accounting and/or technical accounting experience.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential.
Demonstrated expertise applying U.S. GAAP to complex transactions.
Ability to independently manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgment, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, or equivalent experience.
Experience within a global, multi-entity public company.
Experience with ASC 810 (Consolidation), ASC 842 (Lease Accounting), ASC 805 (Business Combinations), and complex real estate transactions.
Experience developing accounting policies, technical guidance, or organizational training programs.
