The Director, Value Realization will lead the end-to-end realization of value from the enterprise Transformation Program. Reporting to the Vice President, Value Realization Office, this role is accountable for establishing the governance, financial discipline, tracking, and reporting needed to ensure transformation commitments are properly baselined, owned, forecasted, and delivered.

As the primary owner of Transformation value realization, the Director will bring rigor to business cases, enforce value-capture discipline against baseline, and serve as the finance approver at each transformation stage-gate. The role will also serve as the principal business partner to the Chief Transformation Officer, acting as the primary point of contact for value realization, business case governance, financial performance, and transformation execution.

Working closely with Transformation Tower Leads, Functional Executives (Finance, IT, HR, Procurement), and Corporate FP&A, the Director will translate transformation activities into clear P&L and cash impacts for Markets and Functions.

The role will collaborate closely with the Integration Value Realization team to create a consistent enterprise approach to business-case management, performance measurement, and executive reporting. The successful candidate will be a highly influential leader able to drive alignment and accountability across a complex global organization while protecting and realizing approved savings.

    Key Responsibilities

    Transformation Value Realization Leadership

    • Own the end-to-end value realization process for the Transformation Program across the Global Functions.
    • Lead the quantification of transformation value (cost, revenue, working capital, productivity) and ensure impacts are integrated into budgets, forecasts, and long-range planning.
    • Enforce value-capture discipline by ensuring each initiative has a grounded business case and that execution is tracked vs. baseline with clear variance drivers and corrective actions.
    • Partner with HR and Transformation Tower Leads to design, validate, and track the Retained Organization savings and ensure benefits are captured for each function.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on value realization opportunities, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

    Business-Case Governance & Stage-Gate Discipline

    • Develop and maintain standardized templates and governance routines for Transformation business cases, variance tracking, and executive readouts.
    • Review and validate business cases supporting transformation initiatives and investment decisions.
    • Act as the finance approver at each transformation stage-gate, locking the baseline before execution proceeds and oversee tracking within the Value Capture platform (Shibumi).

    Forecasting, Reporting & Financial Discipline

    • Coordinate with Corporate FP&A and Finance stakeholders to ensure consistent forecasting, reporting, and executive narratives for transformation impacts.
    • Translate transformation activities into clear P&L and cash impacts for Markets and Functions, reconciling budgeted forecast vs. actuals.
    • Produce recurring, standardized reporting packages covering cost, benefit, progress, and risk for the CFO, CTO and Executive Leadership Team.
    • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate reporting to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy across value and spend tracking.

    Enterprise Alignment & Team Leadership

    • Establish common tools, governance processes, and reporting standards across initiatives.
    • Ensure clear attribution between Transformation savings and Integration synergies to avoid duplication, overlap, or value leakage.
    • Build capability in business-case development, financial modeling, benefits tracking, executive reporting, and governance.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, analytical rigor, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

    Qualifications

    Required

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
    • 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, transformation finance, value realization, or finance business partnering in a complex, global organization.
    • Proven track record building financial governance, business cases, and executive reporting cadences.
    • Strong financial acumen with the ability to link operational initiatives to P&L impact.
    • Executive presence and the ability to influence across a matrixed stakeholder environment.
    • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning in complex/global environments.

    Preferred

    • MBA or other advanced degree.
    • Experience leading value realization or savings delivery for large-scale programs.
    • Background in corporate strategy, transformation, consulting, or value creation organizations.

    Success Measures

    • Delivery of committed transformation savings and value creation targets.
    • Accuracy, transparency, and integrity of value tracking and reporting.
    • Alignment of transformation commitments with budgets, forecasts, and actual results.
    • Timely identification and mitigation of realization risks.
    • Executive confidence in value realization reporting and governance.
    • Clean attribution between Transformation and Integration to prevent double-counting or value leakage.
