Dane Street is a leading provider of IME and Peer Review Services to the Disability, Workers' Compensation, Auto, and Group Health marketplaces.We are seeking a strong contributor to join our Disability National Account Management Team. The candidate must possess the right balance of relationship-building skills, problem-solving and analytical abilities, and business development experience to significantly impact Dane Street's existing book of business.Dane Street's success relies on individual and team contributions every day. It is the responsibility for all of us to maintain a positive working environment that promotes client satisfaction and results.Major Duties & ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new revenue opportunities within existing and new accountsWorking with Dane Street's Director of Operations, QA Staff and Business Analyst team to ensure client satisfaction and effective problem resolutionDeveloping strong Manager/Requester and Senior Leadership relationships across Dane Street's accountsGenerating strong goodwill within the existing account user baseCreating and executing a strategic account plan for all Dane Street clientsGrowing revenue and referral volume within all top target accountsProactively identify risks and resolve client concernsConduct outreach to prospective clients through networking, referrals and targeted prospectingProvide weekly reporting on account health, growth opportunities and sales activitiesSupport special projects and cross-functional initiatives as neededRequirementsThe National Account Manager is responsible for all aspects of Account Management with Dane Street's client base. An in-depth understanding of the Disability marketplace with LTD claims or clinical experience is strongly preferred.This position reports to the Director, Disability Account Management.Education / CredentialsAn Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.Job Relevant ExperienceDisability Claims experience in an insurance setting is preferred.1–3 years in Account Management, Business Development, or client‑facing sales roles.Experience with outbound outreach, prospecting, or revenue generation strongly preferred.Job Related Skills / CompetenciesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with a strong sense of urgency to meet our clients' expectationsPassionate customer service orientationAbility to confidently initiate outreach and develop new client relationshipsExcellent time management and attention to detailStrong presentation and negotiation skillsTrack record of client retention and revenue growthExperience navigating web‑based systems efficiently, including Google DocsPresent exceptional communication skills with a clear understanding of company business lines. The ability to apply critical thinking, manage time efficiently and meet specific deadlines. Computer literacy and typing skills are essential.Working Conditions / Physical DemandsAny lifting, bending, traveling, etc. required to do the job duties listed above.
