Dish Washer/Labor

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen environment. This role ensures all dishes, utensils, pans, and equipment are washed, sanitized, and properly stored to support smooth bakery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, baking pans, and equipment

• Keep dish area clean, organized, and free of clutter

• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently

• Maintain proper sanitation standards at all times

• Take out trash, recycling, and assist with general cleaning

• Restock clean items to their proper locations

• Support kitchen staff with basic cleaning and organization tasks

• Follow all safety and hygiene procedures
