Dishwasher

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team. The Dishwasher will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and utensils.

Duties

• Load, run, and unload dishwashing machines
• Wash specific items by hand when necessary
• Store clean dishes in appropriate places
• Assist with kitchen prep work as needed
• Keep the dishwashing area clean and safe
• Dispose of kitchen garbage and recycling

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred
• Knowledge of proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Willingness to assist kitchen staff in various tasks
• Understanding of basic culinary terminology and practices

*Applicant must have transportation to and from the job in Covington, Kentucky.
