Position SummaryEmbassy Suites Dallas Love Field is seeking a dependable, hardworking Dishwasher to join our culinary team. The Dishwasher plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen while supporting the culinary staff during breakfast, banquet events, restaurant service, and special functions. The ideal candidate takes pride in cleanliness, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to providing exceptional hospitality.Essential ResponsibilitiesWash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment.Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas in accordance with Hilton and local health department standards.Empty trash and recycling containers and transport waste to designated disposal areas.Sweep and mop kitchen floors, keeping work areas clean and free of hazards.Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, storage rooms, walk-in coolers, and kitchen equipment.Assist with receiving and storing deliveries following proper food safety procedures.Organize and properly store clean dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment.Replenish cleaning supplies and notify management when inventory is low.Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation and other duties as assigned.Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies.Maintain a positive attitude while working as part of the Food & Beverage team.QualificationsPrevious dishwasher or kitchen experience preferred but not required.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to cleanliness and organization.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Dependable attendance and punctuality.Must be able to communicate effectively with team members.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods.Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.Bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the shift.Work in a hot, wet, and fast-paced kitchen environment.Ability to safely operate commercial dishwashing equipment.ScheduleFull-timeMust be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.BenefitsCompetitive payHilton Team Member Travel ProgramMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (eligible employees)Paid Time OffCareer advancement opportunities
