The Dishwasher is responsible for ensuring all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans are cleaned and sanitized.Core Responsibilities:• Operate dish washing machine or hand washdishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans• Maintain preparation and service areas in a sanitary condition, empty trash and move to dump site, comply with local sanitation standards• Perform opening and closing procedures; contributes to overall cleanliness and organization of facilityQualifications:• Willingness to learn• Strong attention to detail• Flexibility with evenings and weekend schedule to work as required
