Basic Job Duties:
- Performs dishwashing and cleaning duties to ensure the constant availability of clean prep/cooking equipment and the cleanest possible work environment.
- May perform additional duties including (but not limited to): (a) sweeps and mops floors on a scheduled and as-needed basis, (b) removes garbage and rinses garbage cans as necessary, (c) supports fellow back of house team members by assisting with other tasks, as needed.
- Reports/corrects safety hazards in a timely manner
Requirements and Skills:
- Prior experience in dishwashing in a high volume/fast-paced commercial kitchen environment is REQUIRED
- In order to be considered for the position, candidates must be available to work evenings, Fridays and Saturdays
- Must be age 16 or older
