Job Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment
  
  
• Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized
  
  
• Sweep, mop, and maintain kitchen floors
  
  
• Empty trash and replace liners as needed
  
  
• Clean and sanitize sinks, counters, and workstations
  
  
• Assist cooks and kitchen staff with basic tasks when needed
  
  
• Help organize and put away kitchen supplies and deliveries
  
  
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen
  
  
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
  
  
• Assist with daily kitchen closing and cleaning duties
  
  
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
