The responsibility of our Dishwasher, BOH team member, is to ensure that the restaurant has a steady supply of clean tableware and cookware, as well as, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for cleaning all prep equipment, silverware, and dishes according to sanitation requirements
Keeping the dish pit organized
Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.
Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures
Remove all trash from dishwashing station

Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Speak English fluently, bilingual in Spanish preferred
Must have good interpersonal communication skills to work with customers and other employees
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents
