Musashi Japanese Fusion is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Dishwasher / Kitchen Prep Team Member to join our kitchen team.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, follows directions well, and understands the importance of teamwork in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
  

• Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation, including washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients.
  

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.
  

• Assist with receiving deliveries, stocking supplies, and organizing storage areas.
  

• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
  

• Help kitchen staff with additional tasks as directed.
  

• Work efficiently during busy restaurant hours.
  

• Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
  

• Must follow directions carefully and be willing to learn.
  

• Must live in Frisco or the surrounding area, preferably with a short, reliable commute.
  

• Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
  

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
  

• Must maintain good personal hygiene and cleanliness.
  

• Restaurant kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
  

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is preferred.

Experience is helpful, but a great attitude and strong work ethic are even more important.
