Join the University of Denver’s culinary team as a Dishwasher, where your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness help create a safe and efficient kitchen environment. This essential role goes beyond the dishroom—you’ll be a vital part of keeping our operations organized and spotless.
What You’ll Do:
As a Dishwasher, you’ll support the kitchen team with a variety of tasks, including:
- Operating dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dishroom and kitchen areas.
- Assisting with receiving and putting away food and supply deliveries.
- Keeping storerooms clean and orderly.
- Supporting chefs and cooks by ensuring they have clean tools and a tidy workspace.
- Following safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold health standards.
