Craft Culinary Concepts is a food and beverage provider for the Arizona Cardinals at State Farm Stadium (Glendale, AZ). The talented team at Craft Culinary Concepts brings their top tier service and management to leading stadiums, sports venues, cultural attractions and music venues across the nation.

Position Overview

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen, including kitchen equipment, small wares, glassware, and utensils. This role supports overall kitchen operations by ensuring a clean, organized, and safe work environment before, during, and after events.

Essential Job Functions

  • Wash pots, pans, silverware, and kitchen tools using a commercial dishwasher or by hand
  • Maintain sanitation standards in all dishwashing and kitchen areas
  • Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked appropriately
  • Assist with general kitchen cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and proper storage of clean dishes and equipment
  • Notify supervisors of low supplies or product levels
  • Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed
  • Support kitchen organization during and after events

Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age (certain restrictions apply)
  • Valid County Food Handler Card on file with Craft Culinary Concepts and in possession for each event worked
  • Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred (prior food service experience or current enrollment considered)
  • Must complete all pre-employment paperwork and successfully pass a background check and math assessment involving U.S. monetary units
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
  • 6+ months experience in a high-volume kitchen environment preferred

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Ability to stand and be on feet for extended periods
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in wet conditions, varying temperatures, and loud environments
