Dispatch Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Dispatch Coordinator to support daily logistics and dispatch operations. This is an entry-level role ideal for applicants looking to grow within the logistics or transportation field.

Pay: $20/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday OR Tuesday - Saturday, 7:30AM-4PM Location: Kent, WA

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating daily dispatch activities — Assign drivers, routes, and schedules
• Tracking shipments and delivery status — Monitor progress and update internal systems
• Communicating with drivers and warehouse teams — Provide instructions, resolve issues, relay updates
• Maintaining accurate logs and documentation — Record times, delays, and route changes
• Assisting with customer inquiries — Provide delivery updates and support
• Supporting dispatch leads and supervisors — Help with administrative and operational tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
• Basic computer proficiency (data entry, email, dispatch software training provided)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance for a consistent Sun–Thurs schedule
• Must upload current resume
• Must complete client interview prior to placement
