Dispatch Manager, Transportation

Long standing and reputable Transportation company in the industry, priding themselves on their robust end to end solutions they offer to their clients, as well as reputation for excellence in the market, is seeking a Dispatch Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Oversee dispatch team

-Oversee daily operations, collaborating with the executive team to align on goals within the company's objectives

-Partner with the operations/account management and safety teams for optimal customer satisfaction

-Present a streamlined technology solution developing a detailed analysis of customized needs in challenging areas

-Manage the operations budget, including forecasting, tracking, and monitoring KPI's 

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Bachelors Degree

-5-7 years, minimum, of experience in dispatch, with leadership experience, as well

-In-depth knowledge of transportation regulations

-High energy, with a passion for developing and leading the dispatch team

-Financial acumen, including cost control and budget 

-Self-starter with strong organization & presentation skills

-Advanced in transportation management systems
