Overview:

As a Dispatcher, you'll support operations by scheduling and coordinating commercial and industrial HVAC, piping, plumbing, and controls service work. You'll partner closely with technicians and account managers to ensure excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• As part of the call center for the company, Dispatchers are responsible for answering inbound calls.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers and technicians.
• Schedule service work, match technician skills to job needs, and manage daily work progress.
• Assist with contract scheduling, outstanding service finalization, and administrative tasks (POs, reporting, data entry).
• Create service requests and ensure timely information flow to technicians.
• Support the day-to-day operations of the Dispatch department.

Requirements:

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of experience in a high-volume office and customer service environment.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook (scheduling/emailing).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong customer service mindset with a professional, positive attitude.
• Critical thinking and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in construction, call centers, or Salesforce.
• Some college education.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORTS

• Primary work is performed in a standard office environment.
• Minimal physical effort required.
• Minimal exposure to physical risk.
