Summary:
- This contingent worker will be working with excel spreadsheet reports daily, making sure that orders are placed, necessary documents are signed, and trucks are routed.
- There will be some light scheduling/rescheduling of truck routes when changes arise.
- The candidate should have some kind of dispatch/truck routing experience, customer service skills, Outlook skills, and be able to multi-task.
- They will be using Oracle, Descartes, and Kofax in this role so experience with any of these is a plus.
- This role will take place in an office setting, the selected candidate will be provided with a laptop and will work independently out of their own cubicle.
- Dress Code: Business Casual, Jeans are ok as long as they aren't ripped
- The client is Ricoh and the worksite address is 5220 Jaindl Boulevard, Bethlehem, PA 18017 United States. There is free parking available.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Basic PC and 10 key skills required.
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience.
- Must have adequate reading, math skills, and ability to write legibly.
- Strong communication skills.
