NOW HIRING: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – SCHEDULING!
Do you have customer service experience in a warehouse, shipping, or logistics environment? We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional who can keep customer orders, carrier appointments, and outbound shipments running smoothly!
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Employment: Full-Time
Department: Clerical / Warehouse Operations
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule customer pickups and confirm carrier appointments.
Create, process, and close outbound orders.
Generate pick orders and coordinate with warehouse operations.
Prepare and manage Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping paperwork.
Communicate with customers and carriers by phone and email.
Resolve scheduling conflicts, missed appointments, and shipping delays.
Monitor order status and ensure shipments stay on schedule.
✅ QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
Previous customer- and carrier-facing experience.
WMS experience REQUIRED.
BOL experience REQUIRED.
Inventory, warehouse, logistics, or transportation experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
Strong data entry, organizational, and multitasking skills.
AS400 experience is a plus.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
High school diploma or GED required.
