Dispatcher/Customer Service

Central Stone Company has been in business for over 125 years in the Saint Louis area operating limestone quarries, a river sand operation and a full service river terminal on the Mississippi River. We are currently seeking candidates for a Dispatcher/Customer Service position that will be located in our Eureka, MO Quarry. Responsibilities include fulfilling customer orders by phone and dispatching dump trucks to project location. Position requires the ability to multi-task with strong computer, customer service and math skills and the ability to handle a multi-line phone system. The schedule for this position is 1st shift Monday through Friday, and Saturdays as needed.

Dispatcher/Customer Service Responsibilities include:

• Answering phones and assisting customers
• Fulfilling customer orders
• Dispatching trucks from quarry to project location

• Strong customer focus
• Experience with a multi-line phone system
• Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
