Compensation:

• $21.00 - $23.00/hr

What YOU Will Do:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to customers and technicians
• Schedule and dispatch HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service calls
• Optimize technician routes and schedules for efficiency
• Coordinate the right technician for each job based on skills and availability
• Communicate schedule updates and resolve customer concerns
• Support team goals, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth

What We Need from YOU:

• 2 years of dispatch experience minimum
• Service Titan experience a major plus!
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to prioritize tasks
• Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable
• Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
