Schedule

Monday-Friday8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities of a Dispatcher:

• Assign trips and communicate trip details to drivers.
• Monitor driver availability and trip status throughout the day.
• Respond to schedule changes, delays, and service issues.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and operations staff.
• Provide support to drivers during their shifts.
• Maintain accurate records of trips and dispatch activity.
• Assist with resolving operational challenges quickly and professionally.
• Help ensure customers receive timely and reliable transportation.

Qualifications of a Dispatcher:

Required

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Reliable attendance and professional work ethic.

Preferred

• Experience in dispatching, transportation, logistics, scheduling, or customer service.
• Familiarity with GPS, dispatch software, or transportation operations.
