Dispatcher

Our well-established client is currently seeking a 2nd ShiftDispatcher to join their growing team. This position is based in Albany, shifts are Monday-Friday with some occasional weekend availability.

Responsibilities of the 2nd ShiftDispatcher will include:

• Receive customer service calls
• Dispatches service vehicles utilizing digital software
• Acts as liaison with contractors
• Verifies eligibility, benefits, and enrollment of customer
• Supports other departments as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications of the 2nd ShiftDispatcher:

• Some previous dispatching experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong knowledge of local geography

Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging from $20-$21/hr.
