Responsibilities

• Monitor and control outbound trucking operations at the Matteson warehouse to ensure seamless workflow
• Verify driver credentials and documentation upon arrival; coordinate closely with the FNS Transportation Team for real-time verification
• Proactively communicate with truck drivers to manage arrival schedules and locate specific drivers on-site as required
• Maintain constant communication with the Control Team (Local and NJ) regarding outbound status; prepare and submit comprehensive daily outbound reports upon completion of all loading activities
• Act as a primary point of contact for warehouse personnel regarding outbound truck schedules and driver information
• Respond to direct inquiries and requests from customers concerning real-time transportation and delivery status

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics dispatching or warehouse shipping operations is preferred.
• Basic understanding of safety regulations, specifically for battery or hazardous material (HazMat) handling, is preferred.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts (including nights and weekends)
• Exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English

Pay

The base salary range for this role is between $50,000-$65,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
