Key Responsibilities for the Dispatcher:

• 
  
• Schedule and dispatch drivers, technicians, or field personnel to meet customer and operational needs.
• 
  
• Monitor daily routes, schedules, and service assignments to ensure timely completion.
• 
  
• Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal teams regarding schedules, updates, and service requests.
• 
  
• Track service status and respond to schedule changes, delays, or emergencies as needed.
• 
  
• Maintain accurate dispatch records, logs, and documentation.
• 
  
• Coordinate resources efficiently to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
• 
  

Qualifications for the Dispatcher:

• 
  
• 2+ years of dispatching, logistics, transportation, or scheduling experience preferred.
• 
  
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• 
  
• Proficiency with dispatch software, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office.
• 
  
• Ability to coordinate schedules, routes, and resources with a high level of accuracy.
•
