Urgent Hiring :-Dispatcher

We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher to coordinate daily transportation operations, assign loads, support drivers, and ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining excellent customer service and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor driver locations, delivery progress, and ETA updates.
• Assign and dispatch loads, routing, fuel details, and instructions.
• Coordinate with customers for directions, appointments, and delivery requirements.
• Communicate delays, issues, and schedule changes with internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with driver hours and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate dispatch and driver records.
• Manage workload for approximately 3540 drivers.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of dispatching and fleet management experience.
• Experience managing 3540 drivers in a transportation/logistics environment.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Data entry experience with a high level of accuracy.
• Knowledge of driver hours of service and transportation operations.

Work Environment: Office-based role within a fleet/shop environment, working closely with drivers, customers, and operations teams during standard business hours.

This is a Permanent position based out of Venus, TX.

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $62400.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
