    Description

    We are seeking a hands-on Dispensing Systems Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial dispensing equipment. This role works closely with the Dispensing Systems Manager and supports both customer sites and internal technical operations. The ideal candidate has strong electrical and mechanical experience, can work independently, and is comfortable traveling to field locations.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Install, upgrade, and maintain dispensing equipment at customer sites

    • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical, and PLC-controlled systems

    • Troubleshoot pumps, motors, pneumatic valves, flow meters, and level sensors

    • Assist with system commissioning, demonstrations, and quality control activities

    • Maintain accurate service records and follow QA/QC standards

    • Provide professional technical support to customers and internal teams

    What We’re Looking For:

    • 2-year technical degree or 4+ years of hands-on industrial/manufacturing experience

    • Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude

    • Experience with PLC and HMI programming

    • Knowledge of pumps, pneumatic systems, liquid metering, and industrial controls

    • Ability to read and follow SOPs and technical documentation

    • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

    Physical & Travel Requirements:

    • Up to 60% travel; occasional weekend work as needed

    • Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted

    • ​​​​​​Non-smoker/non-vaper
