Are you ready to grow Jabra's distribution business across North America? As Distribution Account Manager, you will manage strategic relationships with assigned distribution partners, translating commercial insights into joint plans that deliver profitable growth, healthy inventory, and effective partner execution.

In the role of Distribution Account Manager in the Channels and Distribution team, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will manage and develop distributor partnerships that expand Jabra's audio, video, and collaboration solutions across the North American channel.

The Team you will be part of:

Jabra is a global leader in professional audio, video, and collaboration solutions. We create technology that helps people communicate, collaborate, and perform effectively-wherever work happens.

You will join the Channels and Distribution team, working closely with Channel Account Managers and colleagues across Marketing, Finance, Operations, Customer Service, Product Management, and Supply Chain. Together, we work collaboratively and with accountability to turn market opportunities, partner data, and customer needs into quality outcomes.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

• Manage the overall business relationship with TD SYNNEX, Almo, and other assigned distribution partners, serving as the key contact for commercial and operational matters.
• Develop and execute joint business plans that align Jabra's priorities with partner capabilities, market opportunities, revenue targets, investments, and performance measures.
• Deliver sell-in, sell-through, revenue, profitability, and share-of-wallet growth through targeted programs across priority segments and Jabra's audio and video portfolio.
• Manage inventory health, forecasts, product availability, and portfolio transitions to balance customer demand with reduced aged and obsolete inventory.
• Develop, execute, and evaluate distributor programs, incentives, promotions, and marketing investments, ensuring clear objectives, compliant administration, and measurable return on investment.
• Coordinate distributor readiness for product launches, pricing updates, training, sales plays, and reseller recruitment and enablement initiatives.
• Use CRM, partner reporting, and business intelligence tools to identify trends, communicate recommendations, maintain accurate account plans, and align internal stakeholders around partner actions.

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:

• Bring a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Have experience in distribution, channel sales, account management, or business development, including managing distributor, reseller, or technology-channel relationships.
• Bring a solid understanding of distribution economics, including sell-in, sell-through, inventory management, rebates, pricing, promotions, and margin.
• Have experience building joint business plans, managing forecasts and partner investments, and translating business data into clear recommendations and outcomes.
• Work well with partner and internal stakeholders, using clear communication, sound judgement, planning, and collaboration to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.

It is beneficial if you have experience with unified communications, professional audio, video collaboration, TD SYNNEX and its reseller ecosystem, Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, or similar reporting platforms.

Travel: This role reports to the Head of Channels and Distribution and requires approximately 25-35% travel.

Pay Transparency Notice:

The base salary for this position is $100,000 annually, plus a 40% sales incentive. The anticipated total target compensation is $140,000 annually.

Actual compensation will be determined based on a range of factors, including geographic location, role scope, relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
