    Description

    JOB SUMMARY:

    Material Handlers work closely with Distribution, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to maintain organized, compliant, and audit-ready material management system.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Receive, move, and stage materials in accordance with approved procedures and work instructions.
    • Verify materials against documentation (labels, packing slips, work orders).
    • Store materials in designated locations following FIFO/FEFO and material status controls.
    • Issue materials to production using approved transactions and documentation.
    • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in assigned areas.
    • Operate manual material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks); forklift operation as trained.
    • Comply with cGMP, safety, security, and site policies

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Required (All Levels)

    High school diploma or equivalent.

    Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

    Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems.

    Ability to follow SOPs, safety procedures, and cGMP requirements.

    Preferred (All Levels)

    Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience in a regulated environment.

    Forklift or powered industrial truck certification.

    Experience with ERP/WMS systems.

    Knowledge of GMP/GDP requirements.

    Experience handling temperature-sensitive or hazardous materials

    Level I Expectations

    Works under direct supervision.

    Performs routine, repetitive tasks using established procedures.

    Developing knowledge of GMP material handling requirements.
