Distribution Center Coordinator in Sparks, NV 

Starting Pay Rate: $55,000+ yearly

Full-Time Benefits! 

Shift: 5:00AM - 1:30PM

As a DC Coordinator, you'll help keep products moving from order entry to delivery by coordinating shipments, supporting inventory accuracy, and serving as a key link between the warehouse, carriers, customer service, and customers.

You will work an onsite schedule and report to the DC Manager at the Sparks, NV facility. 

What You'll Actually Do

• Systemically processing customer orders from start to finish
• Schedule inbound and outbound shipments
• Communicate daily shipping requirements with carriers
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Maintain accurate inventory records and transactions
• Support shipping and receiving operations
• Work closely with warehouse teams, customer service, vendors, carriers, and other distribution centers
• Help solve customer and operational issues as they arise
• Support team members and provide backup coverage when needed

Qualifications 

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems
• We use Microsoft Office, Outlook Email
• Ability to work independently and make decisions within established guidelines
• Experience with shipping, inventory, transportation, or warehouse operations is a plus
• Flexibility to work overtime or adjust schedules when business needs require it
• Administrative SAP experience, preferably in distribution, logistics, transportation, or warehousing is beneficial
